$100 Per Hour in Colorado

$112 Per Hour Travellang Nationally

$120 Per Hour New York Area

Add another man for those studio moves for an additional $60 Per Hour

Full rate applies to only one way of travel time.

 

APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation of a scheduled appointment time requires 48 hours notice. Anything under 48 hours will be subject to a $112 fee. 

 

Payment Policy

The Pilates Doctor accepts orders over the phone, via email or in person. We prefer payment by check or cash at time of service. Credit cards are also accepted. Alternative payment dates are only allowed if discussed prior to job.

For any CUSTOM piece of equipment 50% payment is due at time of order with the other 50% due prior to shipment of order (including, but not limited to, Reformers and other large equipment).

 

Order Cancellation Policy

Written notice by email or U.S. Mail is required to cancel an order. Please confirm receipt of written notice.

Once a deposit is received and the order placed the standard cancellation fee is 10% of the value of the order. This applies to springs, soft parts or accessories.

CUSTOM orders that include non-standard parts are subject to a cancellation fee of 25% of the value of the order and in some cases non-refundable (including, but not limited to, Reformers and other large equipment). 

All cancellations on orders placed by credit card will incur a 3% processing fee

 

Returns Policy

All returns or exchanges must be received by The Pilates Doctor within 10 days of receiving the initial order request and must have prior authorization.

Discrepancies or dissatisfaction with products must be declared within 3 days of delivery.  

**Products, especially accessories are typically in stock and can be shipped out immediately upon request if we are immediately notified. 

Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging in order to be accepted.

 

Items that may NOT be returned: Springs, custom orders or custom sewn or upholstery items.

 

Original outbound shipping charges are not refundable. Applicable to springs, soft parts and/ or accessories.

 

If the item arrived damaged or if items are missing from the shipment, The Pilates Doctor will pay the cost of shipping to fulfill missing pieces. For all other returns, you are responsible for the return shipping cost and for any damage or loss during shipment back to us.

 

Springs will be color coded with small zip ties to match your existing color configuration. Zip ties may move around and may break over time. Please feel free to contact us if you need any additional zip ties for your springs.

Custom Re-Upholstery and Repair: Please be advised that The Pilates Doctor is not responsible for the condition of the wood or parts beneath old vinyl and/or foam. If it is found that there are problems that need repairing, you are responsible for any time and/or materials needed to remedy the issue. 

Custom Designs: These items are subject to a deisgn fee. If quantity is ordered then the design fee will be rolled into the cost of the items.
